Pupils who wish to cycle to school should obtain a letter outlining the rules about cycling to and from the school from the School Office. It is hoped that every pupil who cycles to school will have passed their National Cycling Proficiency Test and will wear a safety helmet. The school will refuse to allow a pupil to cycle to school if their cycle is unroadworthy or if he/she rides in a careless or dangerous way. Cycles must be locked in the cycle compound when in school.
